Silver Package                 $950.00 (plus tax)

• This package includes up to three hours of on-site photography time at your wedding venue.

• CD of all images with copyrights released up to 5×7 or 72 printed photos in a matted album.

• One 11×14 of your choice

• You will receive online proof viewing.

• You will also receive up to $25 in credit towards photo finishing.

• Changing select photos to black and white is included.

 Gold Package                  $1950.00 (plus tax)

• This package includes up to five hours of on-site photography time at your wedding venue and reception.

• You will receive online proof viewing.

• You will be able to choose 125 of your favorite 4×6 photos. A complimentary matted photo album will hold 72 of your photos as a keepsake.

• You will also receive a one hour bridal  or engagement sitting at Woodward Park or Tulsa Garden Center, plus an additional eight 4 x 6 photos of your choice from this photo shoot presented in a matted folio.

• This package includes up to $50 credit towards photo finishing to be used on any photos of your choice.

• Included in this package is a CD of all photos with copyrights released up to 5×7

• Changing select photos to black and white is included.

• One 11×14 of your choice.

Platinum Package            $2450.00 (plus tax)

• This package includes two photographers and up to six hours of on-site photography time at your wedding venue and reception.

• You will receive online proof viewing.

• You will receive a copy of every photo taken at your wedding.

• You will also receive up to $75 credit towards photo finishing to be used on any photos of your choice.

• A one hour bridal sitting at a location of your choice. All 4 x 6 photos from this photo shoot are included. Your favorite photos will be presented in a matted folio.

• A one hour engagement sitting at a location of your choice and all 4 x 6 photos from this photo shoot are also included. Your favorite photos from this photo shoot will also be presented in a matted folio.

• Along with this package you will also receive a complimentary photo album to preserve 72 photos of your historical event.

• A CD of all images with copyrights released up to 5×7

• Changing select photos to black and white is included.

• Two 11×14 portraits of your choice.

Wedding Add-Ons

Silver Package Options and Add-Ons

• For an additional $200.00, parents can order a set of the 72 photos that the bride and groom select. (4×6)

• Add a DVD slideshow option, with the music of your choice,  for an additional $350.00.

• CD option for $250 printable up to 5×7, additional CDs are 50.00 each.

• For $250.00 parents can pick their favorite 72 photos presented in a matted album.

 Gold Package Options and Add-Ons

• A duplicate 4×6 set of 125 Wedding photos selected by the bride and groom can be purchased for an additional $250.00.

• DVDs can be purchased for $250.00 for the first, and $50.00 per DVD thereafter.

• A CD of negatives is available for $250.00, printable up to 5×7, unless selected in the package. Additional CDs are $50.00.

• For $200.00, parents can pick their own favorite 72 photos presented in a matted album.

 Platinum Options and Add-Ons

• Wedding photos can be purchased for an additional $500.00 per set, or CD option for $500.00 printable up to 8×12 (platinum and ultimate package pricing only).

• Engagement or Bridal proofs can be purchased for an additional 100.00 per set. (4×6)

• For $250.00, parents can pick their own favorite 72 finished photos presented in their own matted album.

• CD Prices are $250.00 each, unless selected in the package. For a 2nd CD add 50.00

• The price of a DVD is $350.00, unless selected in the package. For a 2nd DVD add 50.00.

Additional on site time

200.00 per hour charge. Additional time must be purchased in advance. Additional time not used can not be credited towards other options.

Additional Photographer

Add 350.00 to any package – the additional photographer will stay up to 5 hours

 Out of town weddings – We love destinations too!!

• Prices are valid in the Tulsa Metro Area only. Driving travel costs over 50 miles from Tulsa are $1.00 per mile each way. Miles are figured by using MapQuest starting at Tulsa, Oklahoma to the venue address, and multiply times two. There are no hotel fees when locations are close enough to drive.

• If the distance requires a flight, the cost of traveling is the cost of two airfare tickets and a hotel room for two photographers for two nights.

• We do destination weddings. Please ask and we’ll give you a quote based on your wedding destination. We love to travel!!

Engagement and Bridal Sitting Price List

In addition to any of the above packages

• Additional One-Hour Park Sitting with all photos printed or CD of “negatives” — $250.00

• A-la-carte engagement/bridal session without wedding package (includes all proofs) — $350.00

The Fine Print

• Payment in full is due two weeks prior to wedding date.

• There is a $100 fee for a change of date assuming the new date is available. If new date is not available, then cancellation policy applies.

• The charge is $250 (equal to the minimum deposit) for a cancelled wedding up to 45 days before the date.

• When a wedding is cancelled less than 45 days of the scheduled date, 1/2 of all fees are due. If the wedding photography is already paid in full, half of the package will be returned to the person who paid for the package.

• Sales tax is included in packages. Prices effective October 2012 and are subject to change without notice.
